Our colleagues at OAK have built a case with Pearle to make them the number 1 online eye expert within 3 years. The goal was to win the SEO Champions League by taking the #1 spot from Hans Anders (the other big optician in the Netherlands) in traffic share within Google.
Three strategic growth pillars were created, with objectives to reach these goals:
